Building Compliance – exactly what is required under the regulations is difficult to ascertain and there are heavy penalties for non-compliance. To overcome our concerns we decided to engage Safe Workplace Solutions Pty Ltd to facilitate our compliance requirements on a number of properties we manage.

SAFE made the whole process simple and straightforward from completing the schedule of essential services requiring inspections (Form 46) right through to ensuring the maintenance of each of these essential systems were in fact compliant with the regulations and then issuing the Annual Maintenance Statement (Form 56).
All future inspections are scheduled automatically so our systems are always inspected on time ensuring we are meeting our legal obligations. In addition to this we can log in to SAFE’s maintenance system for all historical records, job status, future inspection dates and invoice history.
